Triathlon training for busy people

Built around your life. Not the other way round.

Tell PushTri when you work, when you're free and what you're racing. It builds your swim, bike and run plan around that, then keeps adjusting it as your weeks change.

Three shifts this week, so the key sessions moved to your days off.

How it works

Your plan starts from your real week, not an ideal one.

  1. 1

    Tell it your week

Your work pattern, shifts, the time you have each day, where you can swim and the race you're aiming for.

  2. 2

    Get a plan that fits

A test week sets your zones from your own power, pace and heart rate. Every session has a clear job and fits the time you said you had.

  3. 3

    It keeps adapting

Upload your workouts and say how they felt. Busy weeks, holidays, illness and good days all reshape what comes next.

Your life adapts the plan. It can't bend the science.

Some things are yours to change. Others are fixed, because that's what makes the training work.

You decide

  • Time available each dayin 5 min steps
  • Work pattern and shiftsdays, nights, lates
  • Your goal and racesA and B races
  • How each session feltafter every workout
  • Illness, injury, holidays, sleepcheck-ins

The science decides

  • Easy versus hard timeabout 80 / 20
  • Training load increaseabout 10% a week max
  • Bike cadence85–95 rpm
  • Recovery weeksevery 4th week
  • Fitness retestsabout every 8 weeks

Coaching is rules-based. Your plan is made by fixed, published training rules, not AI, and we don't use your data to train any model.

Pick how hard you push

Your goal mode sets how many sessions of each sport you do in a week. There's a cap of 14 swim, bike and run sessions a week, whatever the mode.
